BELIZE - IMMIGRANT INVESTOR PROGRAM

The Immigrant Investor Program, designed by Titoff Realty Ltd. is open to non-CARICOM nationals and their families who commit to an investment in Belize. We will assist participants in the Program and their family members will be granted entry visas allowing to remain in Belize for a defined period but with the possibility of ongoing renewals. The Program will facilitate participants, over time, in establishing a permanent relationship with Belize.

To support investment in Belize and to enhance Belize’s position as one of the world’s fast developing economies, Titoff Realty Ltd. have created the Immigrant Investor Program to assist investors and businessmen from outside of the CARICOM to avail of the opportunities of investing in Belize.

The Immigrant Investor Program – a summary of the process

1. Apply on the basis of one of investment choices.
2. Get our Approval for your investment project.
3. When your project is approved, incorporate a local company (Chapter 250)
4. We will assist you and your nominated family members to obtain a visa and permission to reside in Belize

Advantages of immigrating to Belize

3. Belizean Permanent Residents can significantly reduce taxes with proper planning.

STEP 1 - Learn About Belize

Located on the eastern coast of Central America, Belize is a vibrant and exquisitely beautiful country with a diverse culture and rich history. STEP 2 - Eligibility Assessment

Before taking up our service, we first want to invite you to complete our Questionnaire to determine if you qualify for a Program. Just fill in the Questionnaire, and we will promptly review it and advise you on the chances you have for relocating to Belize.

STEP 3 - Company Incorporation in Belize

Incorporation is done through our firm, and requires the submission of the company’s Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association in order to be issued a Certificate of Incorporation. Our fees range from US$2,000 to US$2,500).

STEP 4 - Local Bank Account Establishment

For a local company to open an account, identification is required for each beneficial owner and authorized signatory. Authorized signatories must each submit two Bankers’ References from established banks. Certified copies of the company’s documents are required. Our fees range from US$500 to US$600

STEP 5 - Apply for your visa

Once your company is registered and your business bank account is established, you can apply for your visa at any nearest Belizean consulate. If you need any assistance with the process, please let us know. We will contact the consulate on your behalf to provide any supporting information the consulate might require.

STEP 6 - Get a work permit and temporary residence permit

Within several weeks from the date of your arrival in Belize, you will pass an interview at the Department of Labor and file a petition for getting your work permit. A temporary residence permit will be issued to you by the Department of Immigration only after your work permit is granted by the Department of Labor.  We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the approval process is lengthy and may take several months. The Department of Labour may request any additional information in support of your application. While your case is under consideration, you need to renew your visa at the Immigration Department on a monthly basis pending a decision by the Department of Labor.

Our fees range from US$2500 for a main applicant and US$2000 for a spouse.

STEP 7 - Permanent Residence Permit

You can apply for a permanent residence permit whenever you wish once you legally resided in Belize for at least 12 months. You must not have committed any crime.

STEP 8 - Citizenship and Passport

You can apply for a citizenship whenever you wish to once you legally resided in Belize as a permanent resident for at least 5 years. You must not have committed any crime.
